Hell Week When Boone goes to Chanel Oberlin in the Barista to talk her outing him for his sexuality, he decides to join KKT if he were ever to come out in his own terms. The Chanels were disgusted with the announcement, but Chanel saw it as a stardom opportunity to get easy access to her fame, despite Chanel #5's pleas to not allow it to happen, Chanel ignores her and #5 threatens Boone, whom tells Chanel to "consider his offer" and he leaves. Later he is confronted by the Red Devil, whom "murders" him (at the end of the episode it was revealed he was in an alliance with her). When Denise Hemphill and Chad Radwell talk to the girls about the deaths of Shondell and Boone, Chanel #5 looked worried about the revelation. The Final Girl(s) Hester reveals herself as the female bathtub baby and Red Devil. She flashes back to her time in the asylum with Boone and remembers how Gigi taught the two of them to kill. She also reveals that she and Boone were behind pouring acid in Melanie Dorkus' spray tan together.

Pumpkin Patch At the end of the episode, Zayday returns to the Kappa Kappa Tau house to explain how she escaped from Red Devil's abduction. She reveals that the Red Devil prepared her a dinner date and gave her flowers, but escaped once she stabbed him in the hand with a fork. This can mean that the killer has a crush on Zayday.

Pilot Ms. Bean is introduced when Chanel Oberlin makes fun of her while she is cleaning the floor of Kappa house. Ms. Bean later tells her that dean Cathy Munsch wants to see her in her office right away. She i|} Chanel Oberlin and Agatha Bean Pete Martínez, the barista, asks Ms. Bean what she would like to order, Chanel answers for her and says that she doesn't want anything. Chanel proceeds to tell Ms. Bean that she is going to drown her face into a deep fryer. Ms. Bean freaks out and Chanel says that the fryer is not going to be functioning, it will just be a joke to scare the new pledges of the sorority and that will make them quit. At night, it's finally time to execute Chanel's prank, but when Chanel drown Ms. Bean face in the fryer, she realizes that someone turned on the fryer. This makes Ms. Bean face burn and this proceeds to her death. To hide what she did, Chanel tells the Kappa members to hide Ms. Bean's body in a freezer, but when Chad Radwell and Chanel later return to that freezer, Ms. Bean's body is gone. This makes Chanel believe that Ms. Bean is alive or that someone took her body. After Chanel #2 dies, Chanel thinks that Ms. Bean did it because she came to live to take revenge and will now kill them all one by one.

But Chanel interrupts them, bringing up Pete's stalking assault charge back when he was obsessed with her. A flashback in Dorkus shows Chanel leading Pete on by telling him that she wanted to experiment with him. The flashback shows Pete shirtless, dressed like a caveman with paint on his face and the Chanels laughing at him because he was gullible enough to believe Chanel would be turned on by someone out of Clan of the Cavebear. Later, #5 goes to the pumpkin patch to prepare Chanel Oberlin's party, and brings the twins with her so they can protect her if the Red Devil appears. The twins enter to the maze that Chanel #1 ordered to be at her party, leaving #5 alone. While they are away, Red Devil appears behind #5 and she screams, the twins come back to protect her and the three of them run and get into the maze. Dodger and Roger start fighting about which way they should go, and ask #5 who of them will she choose because they are tired of sharing her. #5 ultimately chooses Roger, ending her relationship with Dodger. Roger and #5 start hearing to Dodger's screams after he is found by the killer, but Chanel #5 doesn't let Roger to go with Dodger because it's dangerous. Seven Minutes in Hell While Roger and Chanel #5 were making out until Roger starts talking about how happy he is to be separated from his brother, Dodger. He admits that the only reason he's sad about the death of his twin brother is that they invented a clicking language together, and now he has nobody to use it with.

Overview History This section is about the friendship between Gigi Caldwell and Red Devil. Chainsaw At the end of the episode, Gigi and Wes Gardner are attacked by Red Devil with a chainsaw. Pumpkin Patch Gigi and Denise discover Red Devil's secret torture room. The Red Devil cuts off the power, rendering them blind in the dark. However, the killer has night vision goggles, and proceeds by turning on a chainsaw. Alarmed by the distinct sound, Denise fires her taser in a random direction, but accidentally hits Gigi in the breast. Gigi successfully fires her taser at the Red Devil's head. The power returns and Denise goes to help the others. When they return to the room, Gigi tells them that the Red Devil hit her across the head with a bat and escaped. In the final part of the episode, it's revealed that Gigi is working with the Red Devil and wants a certain male killed though the target's identity is ambiguous.
