Biography[]

Scream Again[]

Bill first appears in the episode after his pregnant wife, Jane, alerts Nurse Thomas and Dr. Mike about his situation during a Halloween party in 1985 at Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering. He has a condition called COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) which makes it difficult for him to breathe, and he needed medical attention immediately if he wanted to see the birth of his son.

After Dr. Mike performs some tests on Bill, he comes to the conclusion that Bill needs to have his lungs drained. Dr. Mike explains to him that he's going to administer a sedative and then personally take him to the operating room where he will have his procedure done. Before he gets wheeled off to surgery, Jane tells him that she loves him. He asks how their son is doing, and Jane responds that he is excited for Bill to come home. The couple then share a kiss before Dr. Mike asks Jane to go wait in the waiting room.

After Jane leaves Bill alone with Nurse Thomas and Dr. Mike, Dr. Mike gives him the sedative, to which Bill responds "I owe you," since he knows Dr. Mike is missing the Halloween party to potentially save his life. After Bill is asleep from the sedation, Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas wheel him outside the hospital on a stretcher. Dr. Mike confesses to Nurse Thomas that he lied about doing the procedure and actually gave Bill a drug that will kill him within the hour. To avoid getting the blame, he dumps Bill into the swamp and throws his Green Meanie costume over the floating body. He tells Nurse Thomas that they can fake the paperwork stating Bill checked out of the hospital, and no one will ever know what truly happened.

In the present day, a killer begins targeting the hospital, donning the same Green Meanie costume that Dr. Mike was wearing the night of Bill's murder.

Handidates[]

Lynn Johnstone, a former nurse at Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering, recounts his time at the hospital in 1986 to Cathy, Chanel, Denise, and #3. He reveals that during his time at OLPS, he became good friends with Nurse Thomas, and one night, she confided in him that she was apprehensive about the upcoming Halloween party, due to what had happened with Bill a year prior. A flashback then ensues of Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas at Bill's bedside, along with the re-showing of the pair dumping Bill's body into the swamp. Lynn then explains that the entire hospital staff was murdered by the Green Meanie on Halloween night of 1986, except for him, and that they were seemingly going on a killing spree to avenge the death of Bill.

Chanel Pour Homme-Icide[]

After looking through a file from the police department, Zayday discovers a missing persons report for Bill that was filed by his wife Jane on November 2, 1985, exactly 48 hours after he was dumped in the swamp. Zayday and Libby then decide to visit Jane at the address listed on the file to obtain information about who Bill's son could be, suspecting that he is the present day Green Meanie. The girls ask Jane about her husband, and she reveals her belief that Bill indeed died that night in 1985, and that Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas faked the paperwork releasing him from the hospital and tossed his body in the swamp to cover their tracks. Libby then insensitively accuses Jane of murdering Bill, and Jane yells at her for being accusatory. As the girls are leaving, Libby notices a photo of Jane and Bill on an end table, and she mistakes Bill for an NBA player. Jane clarifies that the photo is of her husband, and as she walks away, Zayday realizes that Bill is black, and therefore his baby could be as well.

Later that night, Cassidy comes home to Jane, and it is revealed that he is Bill and Jane's son. Jane tells him that people from the hospital came by to ask about Bill, and Cassidy assures her not to worry about it, as he will take care of everything.

Blood Drive[]

As Zayday is collecting blood from Chanel #5 for the blood drive, she begins explaining to #5 how everyone inherits their blood type from their parents. As she's saying this, she realizes that if they screen the entire hospital staff's blood and cross-reference that to the blood types of Bill and Jane Hollis, they'll be able to find the baby in the belly from 1985, or at least find out who it can't be.

After Zayday's failed attempt to collect a blood sample from Jane, she runs into Chamberlain at the hospital, where he reveals that he's aware of her quest to obtain the blood types of Bill and Jane to definitively prove that someone is the baby on staff. He tells her that he looked through the medical records and found that Bill's blood type is O-positive, but Zayday doesn't want his help, as she is still suspicious that Chamberlain is the baby in the belly.

That night, Cassidy reveals himself as the present day Green Meanie, killing multiple patients with the motive of getting the hospital shut down to avenge the death of his father, Bill.

The following day, Chamberlain confronts Zayday again, this time revealing that he was able to collect a saliva sample from Jane and transfer it into a blood type. He explains that both Bill and Jane have O-positive blood, which means their son must have the same. However, after Cassidy tampers with the blood samples, Zayday, Chamberlain, and Cathy are convinced that Brock is actually Bill's son, and in turn the killer, despite him being 50 years old.

Rapunzel, Rapunzel[]

After Zayday speaks with Clark and discovers that Jane was the purchaser of several Green Meanie costumes, she immediately goes to confront Jane at her house. There, Jane explains that the death of Bill was only just the beginning of a chain of events. Although she contacted the police and explained that Bill wouldn't have checked himself out of the hospital, they refused to believe her, since Dr. Mike had forged the release paperwork. Instead, they just assumed Bill ran away after getting cold feet about being a father, and refrained from convicting anyone of the crimes. Therefore, since the police were no help, Jane decided to take matters into her own hands. She had a costume made to match the same costume Dr. Mike was wearing the night he killed Bill, and then recruited her brother to kill the hospital staff in 1986, on the one year anniversary of Bill's death. She confesses that from that moment forward, she vowed to never let the hospital open again, and raised her son on the same beliefs, training him to kill if the hospital was ever re-opened.

Death[]

During a Halloween party in 1985 at Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering, Bill starts having a COPD flare up and is having trouble breathing. His wife, Jane, alerts Nurse Thomas and Dr. Mike about the situation, and though they are reluctant to leave the party, they agree to go to check on Bill. Dr. Mike explains that Bill will need to have his lungs drained, and that he will be administering Bill a sedative before wheeling him off to the operating room. After Bill is asleep from the sedation, Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas wheel him out on a stretcher to the swamp behind the hospital. Dr. Mike admits that he lied about the procedure and, out of pure laziness, actually gave Bill a drug that will kill him within the hour, so that he could get back to the party. He then dumps Bill's body into the rancid swamp and leaves him there to die.
